Albert T. Concha has decades of experience in the rural banking industry as a former Executive Vice President, President, and now Chairman of the Board of the Rural Bank of Rizal. RBR specializes in MSME and consumer loans with sixteen branches operating across the provinces of Zamboanga, Negros Oriental, and Cebu.
As an Independent Director of Bayanihan Bank and a past President of the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP), Mr. Concha possesses a deep understanding of the unbanked sector's role in driving rural economic growth. He envisions Bayanihan Bank expanding its footprint across the archipelago, particularly in underserved regions.
