Lawyer and Legal Director, Bernard "Bong" Malibiran, played a key role in the expansion of Bayanihan Bank. In the 2019 merger between then Rural Bank of Atimonan and Rural Bank of Pangil, owned and run by his family, Mr. Malibiran saw an opportunity for growth.
